A Handover Inspection (also known as a Practical Completion Inspection or PCI) is an independent assessment of a newly constructed home right before you hand over the final payment to the builder.
Why Brand New Doesn’t Mean “Defect-Free”
There is a massive misconception that new builds in Sydney are perfect. Due to current trades shortages and fast-tracked construction schedules, we frequently find major defects in brand-new homes, including:
